Ingredients
- 1 package (18 oz.) fully-cooked Italian-seasoned beef meatballs
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (about 14 oz.) ready-to-serve beef broth
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup uncooked small pasta shells
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine meatballs, vegetables, broth, tomatoes, water and pasta in large saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer 8 to 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
- To serve sprinkle with shredded Parmesan as desired.
